It was around 5:45a.m. I was southbound on Hwy 50, east side of Lake Tahoe driving through the tunnel at Cave Rock the "human type creature" — estimated at 7-8 feet tall — took a running step in the first lane, second step in second lane, third step on the guard rail and over the bank (see photo above)...steep decline...turned and looked at me at the guard rail.... Was not a "believer" before but pretty hard to ignore what I saw.
