Erin Thomas-Scott sent in a blurb from The Manchester Journal Inquirer, dated August 24, 1982, which carried a report of a sighting of a black hair-covered upright walking bigfoot-like creature near Ellington, CT by two farm hands at Valley Farms on Rte 83.

It was reported to state police.
