A Beaufort County, South Carolina woman reported her Siamese cat was killed one morning. It was found hanging from the clothes line with the line twisted tightly around its neck - twice! The investigator, a retired member of the Sheriff's Department said the plastic coated line was strung between the main house and a garage approximately six feet off the ground over a grass lined yard where quilting fabrics were hung out to dry. "There is no way that cat got up there by itself."
The residence said they had seen a hair covered man cross the property going on five years and thought he was a vagrant living in the woods or a cave complace; he didn't usually bother anything.
