A large being, description below, rummaging through trash cans. I was about 50 meters away. It was tall, hairy... burly; too large to be a man, dark grayish brownish hair all over body, more grey on back. The area was slight hills, melting ice on the ground, residential. I notified Dr. Lisa M. Graziano, Chief Scientist, sea's oceanographer. Dwayne Williams
